I was doing push-in therapy with an Early Childhood Class. The teacher was five months pregnant, and some of the children had started asking questions about her changing shape. She told the children that she had a baby in her belly. One of the autistic children looked at her with a very serious expression on his face and asked her, "Did you eat it?"
